More than a hotel destination, TETRA Hotel, an Autograph Collection Hotel, acts as an all-encompassing leisure hub in conjunction with sister property - AC Hotel Sunnyvale Moffett Park. Inspired by the campus-style design found throughout Silicon Valley, The two hotels are connected via the Nexus, an immersive art installation on the ground level with an outdoor seating area designed to allow guests to seamlessly flow between the properties while enjoying the many food and beverage experiences available at both locations.

TETRA ultimately redefines how guests stay, play, work and disconnect while in Silicon Valley by providing an elevated hotel experience, from the highest-quality room amenities to other modern, luxury touches throughout the property. Designed by renowned designer Gabellini Sheppard (Rainbow Room, Top of the Rock at Rockefeller Center, The Istanbul EDITION Hotel), TETRA’s sleek design is approachable and high-touch; elevated, understated, and layered with natural materials and modern finishes, visually blending the indoors and  outdoors. 

TETRA features 186 stylish and serene guest rooms, including 14 suites across eight floors. The modern rooms include luxury bathroom amenities from MiN NY, complemented by Dyson Supersonic hair dryers in every guest room, plus Bellino Fine Linen jersey knit hooded robes and custom jersey knit  slippers. The AC Hotel's 164 guest rooms and suites across five floors provide modern essentials for business and leisure travelers. 

Multiple dining and drinking outlets, including TETRA's signature restaurant, Adrestia, Japanese whisky bar Nokori,  and Coffee Manufactory as well as the AC Hotel's GIN BAR @ AC, AC Lounge® and AC Kitchen® offer drinking and dining options in an inviting, open space. These not only serve business and leisure travelers but the surrounding community by bringing unique food and beverage options to Sunnyvale. Guests can enjoy the third floor rejuvenating outdoor, heated pool surrounded by olive trees and a state of-the-art, fully-equipped fitness center featuring Peloton bikes.

Design:

Designed by renowned designer Gabellini Sheppard(Rainbow Room, Top of the Rock at Rockefeller  Center, The Istanbul EDITION Hotel), TETRA, which is Greek for “four,” is inspired by Silicon Valley’s versatility and connects the four elements of life in the Valley – work, life, technology and nature – in the pursuit of balance. Its sleek design is approachable and high-touch; elevated,  understated, and layered with natural materials and modern finishes, visually blending the indoors and  outdoors. Intentional touches of technology and organic elements create an environment of refined tranquility and balance. Discover Modern art installations and sculptures throughout the property including custom Mica hanging sculptures over the bar by artist Christina Watka and a canopy tree piece by Sharon Levy. Guest rooms embrace modernity and relaxed luxury, offering a retreat and place to unwind. 

The modern design at sister property AC Hotel incorporates luxury materials, where every moment has been refined and crafted to create an elegant and unobtrusive experience. Upon entering the spacious lobby, guests are welcomed by layered and diffused light, inviting spaces, seamless material transitions, and visually pleasing proportions. Public spaces features curated artwork by various artists, including a large sculpture installation by Anne Weber and a beautiful gold metal piece created by artist Mareo Rodrigo. 

Both hotels opened in early 2022.

Adrestia features an inspired California menu that is shaped by local and seasonal ingredients, Japanese and broader Asian cuisines, and the Valley’s warm Mediterranean climate. Signature dishes include Hamachi Tiradito with Aji Amarillo, Sweet Potatoes, Toasted Maize; 40oz Creekstone Tomahawk Bone-In Ribeye Steak with King of Mushrooms, Creamy Japanese Whisky Sauce; Tempura Whole Fish with Crispy Noodle Salad, Korean BBQ Glaze. Adrestia serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily with brunch on Sundays. The restaurants expansive rotisserie allows chef to create unique family style meals.

Coffee Manufactory, the hotel’s cafe and retail experience, serves its own premium coffee in addition to take away items such as grab-and-go salads and Japanese sandos.

The dual-purpose AC Lounge® and AC Kitchen® offer drinking and dining options in an inviting, open space. Open for breakfast, AC Kitchen provides an elevated, European-inspired breakfast with freshly baked French croissants, Spanish egg tarts, freshly sliced domestic, artisan prosciutto, and more. As day transitions into night, the striking open lobby bar and lounge offer carefully selected California and Spanish wines with local craft beers, expertly made signature cocktails, and a crafted tapas menu.
Bars & Lounges:
A Japanese whisky bar with small bites and a curated list of aged whiskies, Nokori serves highballs and other cocktail specialties paired with Japanese inspired tapas. It is known for its selection of premium whiskies,  Japanese beers, sake, and an innovative Suntori highball machine that dispenses a perfectly-ratioed,  highly chilled and carbonated, highball. Signature dishes include the Grilled Lobster Sando with miso aioli, furikake served on Japanese milk bread, Chicken Karaage with Nikkei criolla, and Torched Hokkaido Scallops with soy leche de tigre, sweet onion, sea grapes, arare rice pearls. 

GIN BAR @ AC celebrates the history of gin with a special menu of gin cocktails while offering classic cocktails and European-inspired tapas. In addition to the selection of gin cocktails, the bar proudly features one of the largest collections of gin in Silicon Valley, emphasizing unique and small batch producers from around the world and throughout California. This includes regions not typically associated with the spirit, including Bayab from South Africa and Tenjaku from Japan. The menu also features award-winning varieties produced in Northern California including Venus Spirits in Santa Cruz and Pacific House Gin in San Francisco. The 150+ bottle collection showcases a range of colors, expression and flavor profiles associated with gin, giving guests many options to explore.
