AVENUE is Portland, Oregon's new – and only – AV-forward event space, intentionally designed by professional audiovisual experts. Sound, lighting, and video effects are included in every venue rental, offering you the space and audiovisual enhancements to create your unique event. Whether you’re aiming for an effortlessly chic ambiance or planning to transform the space to match your vision, AVENUE provides the perfect backdrop for your event, starting with our signature 93-foot video projection wall.

Find us in the Lloyd Event District, one block east of the Oregon Convention Center in Northeast Portland. Our central location is accessible by all transportation options. Street parking and multiple parking garages and lots are nearby.

Additional Charges: AVENUE provides seating and furnishing set up for 350 guests. Renting additional tables, chairs, a bar, or any other event rentals can be arranged. Renting linen table coverings is recommended.

There is an 8% kitchen and facility fee that is applied to just your food and beverage total. The caterer would remit that fee to AVENUE after the event.

Inside Scoop

Our multi-panel Story Wall displays appear to float on wood walls. In actuality, the panels are mounted on reclaimed Douglas Fir sourced from century-old, deconstructed Portland houses. The wood was milled, treated with fire retardant, and custom finished for our project. The juxtaposition of old and new adds depth to the visual impact.

At AVENUE, you will find an AV-forward space revamped to suit and enhance the production needs of a large event. The highest quality sound, lighting and content projection — crucial for event success — are always included in the venue rental.

Beyond the included Premier AV Package, clients can select options to customize their event at AVENUE even more, including live streaming for a hybrid event; impactful event lighting designs; video projection; unique sponsor acknowledgement options; performer audio support for musicians and bands; and more.

Design:

AVENUE’s atmosphere begins with a step into an airy, light-filled space ready to both impress in its simplicity, and be easily dressed up to suit your event. Look up to the fourteen-foot ceilings with warm, curving wood beams; take in the perfectly situated natural light from the wall of windows — no matter what your event needs are, AVENUE allows you to begin with a blank canvas that also has a lovely dose of character.
