New York's newest destination, 50 Bowery, is bringing an immersive hotel experience to Manhattan's oldest street. San Francisco has its fair share of delicious Chinese restaurants, but this one may just take the cake (err, dumpling?). With a focus on demystifying Chinese gastronomy from the heart of SF’s bustling Chinatown, Eight Tables offers an emporium of food, drinks and retail that go beyond its 38-seat dining space.

There’s a tea house, an 800-year-old Ikeniwa garden, a gorgeous indoor spa, and a poolside brasserie at this new Kyoto Four Seasons Resort. With views of the gardens, courtyard, the city, or the Myoho-in Temple, it’s nearly impossible to ignore the grandeur of this great city from the comfort of your ultra-plush bed.

Detroit is about to get a whole lot hotter. The Siren Hotel is set to open later this year with a barber shop, a candy bar, a flower shop, a social club, a coffee bar, and multiple restaurants including a rooftop restaurant. Lest we forget to mention the 106 beautiful guest rooms as well.

The Line’s newest property is located in DC’s Adams Morgan neighborhood. The 220-room hotel features gorgeous suites and a rooftop that overlooks Washington Monument and the Washington National Cathedral. Multiple James Beard award winners come together in the kitchens, and the bar programs are epic too.

A favorite of the theater set, Joe Allen has moved just down the road in London’s West End. The same great American brasserie it’s always been, this spot is a go-to for a bite and a wild show.

With the mountainous backdrop of Santiago, this newly branded Mandarin Oriental property is going to be gorgeous. With renovations happening in phases, some of the rooms are already open, while others are getting a refresh. The whole project should be complete by fall of 2018. Keep a look out for this one!

This soon-to-be NYC cocktail bar plans to serve upwards of 900 cocktails, ranging from classics to iconic cocktails that morph as you sip them. Set to open this month, The Aviary will be located on the 35th floor of the Mandarin Oriental.
