About the Land Kitchen (open 7 days a week)
Food is a communal experience on the Land, and our kitchen is its heartbeat. Crafting the menu for your event with the Land kitchen team is a fun and inspiring process. We love creating in the dream room, trying new recipes and writing custom menus that include your favorite foods. We approach each project like a new adventure, uncovering every stone until we arrive at a fully realized menu. Everything from casual BBQ rehearsal dinners to expertly crafted ethnic meals are offered. Central to Mendocino County’s abundant farm culture, we have a wide variety of local providers that support the produce we collect daily from our organic farm.

Breakfast
French Toast with whipped cream. Fresh berry and stone fruit sauce. Bacon. Parmesan, cured meat, and chive scrambled eggs. Polenta. Hot oatmeal. Cereal/Homemade granola bar. Milk and OJ
Bagels and Toast, Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese, Dill Cream cheese. Olives, Capers, shaved red onions, Sliced tomatoes. Sliced Avocado, Sprouts, fresh jam and butter. Granola. Sliced Melon Plates. Slightly fried eggs with bacon.
Chilaquiles with red sauce, queso-fresco, and cilantro. Griddled potatoes. Toast station. Oatmeal Bar.
Poached Eggs and Avocado on Toast with garlic infused olive oil, grated parmesan, sesame seeds and sprouts. Maple pork belly, and toast. Coconut rice, sesame seed, chopped fruit. Hot oatmeal and toast
Lunch
Garden chopped salad. Lettuce from the garden. Grilled chicken Breast . Collard greens, GF Mac and Cheese, Steamed veggies and rice, Sliced assorted Melons and Pluots, and Ice Tea.
Bahn Mi Bar (sandwiches). Baguettes. Vietnamese Flank Steak, Chicken, Tofu. Mint, Thai basil, Cilantro, sliced Jalapeno, Glass noodles, Edamame beans, Shredded vinegar carrots, and daikon, radishes, sprouts. Nouc chaum (chile vinegar lime). Siracha Aioli. Cabbage sesame slaw
Philly Cheese Steak with Fresh Hoagies. Sliced griddled Tofu. Chips or Potato Salad Arugula salad. Whole fruit like bananas and apples.

Dinner
Grilled Korean short ribs, Sauteed Baby Bok Choy and Broccoli. Chopped Cucumber, Carrot, grapefruit salad. Sticky rice with sesame seeds.
BBQ strip steak with dry rub. Hot baked mac and cheese. GF version. Corn on the cob with chili butter. Green Beans, Red Leaf lettuce, Goat cheese, Roasted peppers, onion, olive, cucumber, red leaf salad with sweet basil dressing. Cornbread.
Pho Bar: Made from chicken bones and flank steak, with vermicelli rice noodles, bean sprouts, cilantro, mint, thai basil, jalapeno, hoisin, Siracha, soy sauce.
Pan Seared Salmon. Jasmine rice. Grilled Sweet potatoes. Roasted vegetables. Grilled Romaine salad.
